RETURN POLICY

Products purchased online should be returned online. Products purchased at a club should be returned at the club where original purchase occurred.

For Internet purchases:

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of order date for full credit on the return. Refund will be made by check, regardless of method of purchase. You will receive a check in 3 - 4 weeks for your returned product purchase. Opened container returns may be sent back to Fit America MD to receive replacement products or a full refund. Please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number and address for your return shipment. If requesting a refund, you will receive a product reimbursement by check in 3 - 4 weeks. Please provide the date of order and invoice number with your return authorization request along with your club number if you are a fitness center.

For in-club purchases:

Unopened products may be returned to the club within 30 days of purchasing for a full refund.

Opened container returns may also be brought back to your club where original purchase occurred to receive replacement products or a full refund.
