Is St John Bread (found in the Quick Start Cleanse) the same as St John’s Wort? |
| |
St John's Wort is most widely known as an herbal treatment for depression, and is not found in FAMD products. St. John's Bread contains tannins, and is considered an effective anti-diarrheal. Small amounts of St. John’s Bread are found in the Quick Start to help balance the product. |
How often can I use the Quick Start as a Cleanser? Can I use it as a Cleanser without starting the program? |
| Cleansing is recommended every 3-6 months. It’s largely dependant upon your personal health and dietary challenges. Most people cleanse at the beginning of their program, and do not cleanse again unless they hit a weight plateau. You should not need to cleanse more than every 3-6 months if you are eating properly. |

| Using Quick Start will neither effect medications, nor will it “clean them out of your system” |

| You can add a splash of apple or cranberry juice. It’s not recommended that you mix Quick Start with orange juice because it is to acidic or with a hot beverage such as herbal tea. |

Is there Magnesium in the Calcium Chewables? |
| Yes. The product contains Magnesium Stearate. |
If the body is only able to absorb approximately 300 milligrams of calcium at one time, why does each Fit America MD Calcium Chewable tablet contain only 600 milligrams? |
| Each person’s nutrient absorption is different. The body only absorbs part of the nutrient it receives, therefore additional supplementation is required to keep nutrients at a healthy level. FAMD includes Vitamin D in its calcium product to increase calcium absorption. Most Doctors agree that women over 40 need 800-1200 mg. of calcium daily. The general consensus is that the body will probably absorb about 50% of intake up to approximately 300 mgs. |
The Fit America MD products contains only 300 mg of Glucosamine, and the dosage guide says to take 1 tablet 2 times daily which is only 600 mg. Why is such a low dosage recommended? |
| The Fit America MD Joint Aid product is a combination of Glucosamine and Chondroitin. The two work together, which raises the overall dosage to 500mg per serving. These two nutrients are more effective together, and aid in the regeneration of body tissues for improved healing, not just pain or anti-inflammatory relief. |
I’m taking Joint Aid and still having pain. |
| Fit America MD’s Joint Aid formula contains a Glucosamine and Chondroiton which is considered the most effective formula for REBUILDING joint tissue: It is not a pain reliever. |

Fit America MD products are not “promises”, but “solutions” created to meet specific dietary needs that have been identified through intensive scientific research.
